5. Certificates

  • Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

  • Students must ensure their submitted details are accurate for certificate issuance.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time and participate actively.

  • Respectful behavior must be maintained during all classes and communications.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of DexGen Institute and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Services

DexGen reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify course content

  • Reschedule or change class timings

  • Cancel sessions when necessary

9. Limitation of Liability

DexGen Institute is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Any outcomes resulting from the use of knowledge gained from courses

10. Termination

DexGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access if they violate these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
